• Technical data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver the readings and sessions you request.
• To send the newsletter, where you have asked to receive it — and, in future, to tailor occasional updates to your chart.
• To respond to your enquiries and arrange bookings.

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent for marketing emails and for any use of your birth information, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use trusted processors only to run the service: MailerLite (newsletter), Supabase (secure database & file storage), Vercel (hosting), and — once commerce and bookings go live — Stripe (payments) and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data on our behalf under their own safeguards.

How we protect birth data

Birth details are stored in access-controlled records, visible only to you and to us for the purpose of your readings. They are never shared in marketing content and never published.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain a subscriber or client, and remove it on request or when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. To exercise any right, email hello@luluna.me.
